With a combination of in-person and online classes, we can bring yoga to your favorite place. If you’re located in San Diego, we can have your meeting wherever you find yourself most grounded and connected - whether that be a beach, a park, a gym, or your home. (For at home sessions, please make sure you choose the appropriate option - online lessons or in person)

Whether you’re new to yoga, or have been in downward dog since birth, maybe you’re shy or you are no stranger to one on one practices, there are options to suit what you’re comfortable with! Please feel free to join me for group or private yoga sessions.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a grounding and accessible practice that focuses on alignment, breath, and mindful movement.

Each class moves at a steady pace, allowing space to build strength, flexibility, and range of movement.

No matter your level of experience in yoga, beginner or expert, this class can greatly benefit your practice by being specifically tailored to your needs!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a relaxing process designed to calm the nervous system and promote healing.

Using props to support the body, each pose is held for several minutes to allow for adequate rest and release.

This class is perfect for slowing down, chilling out, and reconnecting with your breath. (It’s my favorite yoga class!)

Flexibility

Flexibility lessons can be used to safely and effectively increase your strength and motion.

As opposed to the yoga classes, which definitely help to increase both strength and flexibility, each pose in these lessons will be geared at pushing your current flexibility to a comfortable limit.
